   液壓站系統的工作原理如下：

   電機帶動油泵旋轉,泵從油泵中吸油后輸出壓力油，將機械能轉化為液壓油的壓力能，液壓油通過集成塊（或閥組合）被液壓閥控制實現了方向、壓力、流量調節后經外接管路傳輸到液壓機械的油泵或油馬達中，從而控制了液動執行機構方向的變換、氣力的大小及速度的快慢，從而實現各種液壓機械的動作要求。 

   閥組合——是板式閥裝在立板上，板后管連接，與集成塊功能相同。 

   油箱——是鋼板焊的半封鎖容器，上還裝有濾油網、窯濾清器等，它用來儲油、油的冷卻及過濾

   電器箱——分兩種形式。    

  液壓站系統結構形式及主要技術參數：

  液壓站系統的結構形式,主要以泵裝置的結構形式、安裝位置及冷卻方式來區分，按泵裝置的機構形式安裝位置可分三種：

    1.上置立式：泵裝置電機立式安裝在油箱蓋板上，主要用于定量泵系統。用戶選購后只要將液壓站與主機上的執行機構（油缸和油馬達）用油管相連，液壓機械即可實現各種劃定的動作、工作

   液壓站系統是由泵裝置、集成塊或閥組合、油箱、電氣控制箱組合而成。 

    2.上置臥式：泵裝置電機臥式安裝在油箱蓋板上，主要用于變量泵系統，以便于流量調節。 

   集成塊——是由液壓閥及通道體組合而成.它對液壓油實行方向、壓力、流量調節。各部件功用如下：

   泵裝置——上裝有電機和油泵，它是液壓站的動力源，將機械能力轉化為液壓油的動力能。 液壓站系統又稱液壓泵站，是獨立的液壓系統裝置,它按執行機構（主機）要求供液壓油,并控制液壓油活動的方向、壓力和流量，它合用于主機與液壓系統可分離的各種液壓機械上。
