High Pressure Pumping高壓泵

1、三螺桿泵的吸入、排出管徑不得小于泵的進(jìn)、出口口徑，入口管路力求簡短，減少不必要的損失如彎頭等，泵的安裝高度應(yīng)保證泵工作時不超過允許的吸上真空高度。

2、管路應(yīng)有管架，泵不允許承受管路的負(fù)荷。 

2, the pipeline should be the pipe rack, pump is not allowed under the load of pipeline.
3、安裝前對吸入、排出管路要清理干凈，特別是吸入管路的焊渣必須*清除，以免進(jìn)入泵后咬死。

3, before installation of suction, exhaust pipe to clean up, especially the welding slag suction pipeline must be compley removed, lest enter the pump after seizure.
4、吸入管路應(yīng)裝設(shè)過濾器，其濾網(wǎng)為40-80目，有效過濾面積應(yīng)大于泵吸入口徑20-30倍。

8、將機(jī)組放在埋有地腳螺栓的基礎(chǔ)上，找正后擰緊地腳螺栓。

9、在接好管路及確定電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)向后接聯(lián)軸器，聯(lián)軸器外圓同軸度允差0.1mm,兩聯(lián)軸器端面間隙允差2mm。
