Introduction for HH2300 Series Double Shaft Propeller Mixer (Standard model)

一、產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)Product features

1、智能穩(wěn)定，適用于飼料、食品、糧食、化工、釀造、面粉等行業(yè)；

Stable and efficient, widely used in feed, food, grain, chemical, brewing, flour and other industries;

2、混合效率高，混合均勻度高，常規(guī)物料在43S-60S時(shí)間內(nèi)混合均勻度CV≤5%，較好的混合，減少了生產(chǎn)線混合時(shí)間，大大提高了混合工段的生產(chǎn)效率，不同類型物料，可以根據(jù)生產(chǎn)需要設(shè)置混合機(jī)時(shí)間60-120秒/每批；

High mixing efficiency, high mixing evenness; for conventional materials: mixing evenness CV≤5%in 43s-60s; high-efficiency mixing reducing the mixing time of the production line, greatly improving the production efficiency of the mixing section. 3、混合過程中不產(chǎn)生偏析，物料混合均勻后，繼續(xù)混合機(jī)，不會(huì)因?yàn)槲锪系谋戎亍⒘６鹊炔顒e大而產(chǎn)生偏析，不會(huì)發(fā)生分級(jí)現(xiàn)象，可生產(chǎn)出高精度的混合物；
