Introduction for GZ6200 Series Partition type Dryer (High end Model)
一、產品特點Product features
1、廣泛應用于水產飼料、特種飼料、寵物食品等顆粒狀或片狀物料的烘干工段；
Widely used in the drying section of granular or flake materials such as aquatic feed, special feed, pet food;
2、不銹鋼沖孔篩床，開孔率高，生產時布風均勻，烘干產品顆粒直徑范圍0.6mm-40mm，可滿足不同類型飼料的烘干；
With stainless steel perforated bed of punched holes with large open area and even air distribution during production for dry product particle size range of 0.6mm-40mm, which satisfies different types of feed;
3、設計的風路循環系統，保證“高濕度飽和空氣"及時排除，同時又利用富余的熱能，降低能耗，有效節約了生產成本；
The unique air circulation system design ensurestimely removal of "saturated air with high humidity, and reduces energy consumption applying surplus heat energy and effectively save production costsat the same time;
4、模塊化設計，長度方向可以模塊化靈活組合，能滿足不同產能需求，適應不同現場的安裝，有利于系統后期繼續升級；

5、不銹鋼烘干室設計獨立烘干區域，每個烘干區可根據生產需求單獨調整溫度50℃-150℃，以及可以單獨調整氣流方向，每層烘干時間可以單獨調整15分鐘-100分鐘不等；
The dryer consists of independent drying zones with each designed in stainless steel chamber. Each drying area can be individually adjusted from 50 °C to 150 °Caccording to the production requirements and can be individually adjusted the direction of air flow.Each layer of drying time can be individually adjusted from15 minutes to 100 minutes;
6、烘干帶的物料厚度和烘干時間可根據生產需求連續調整；
The material depth ａnd drying time of the drying belt can be continuously adjusted according to the production demands;
7、設計集成熱空氣系統，生產可以采用直接加熱式燃氣燒嘴，或者間接加熱式蒸汽交換器；
Due to the design of integrated hot air system, the production can use direct heating by gas burner or indirect heating by steam exchanger;
8、能耗更低，相比傳統設計的烘干機，生產能耗可節約20-30%，高效、節能、環保。
