一、產品特點Product features

1、智能穩定，廣泛適用于飼料、食品、化工、制藥、生物制粒等行業；

Stable and efficient, widely used in feed, food, chemical, pharmaceutical, biological and other industries;

2、設計高精度齒輪傳動系統，傳動效率高達97%，產量高，震動小，運行平穩；

Design for high-precision gear transmission system improves transmission efficiency up to 97% to high output, small vibration and smooth operation;

3、整體式喂料設計，使用更少的螺栓，便于快速調節，確保穿過環模表面和每個壓制區域的物料均勻分布。

Unique integral feeding design,whichapplies fewer bolts,is easy to adjust to ensure evenness distribution of materials through the surface of the pellet die and each pressing area.

4、配置自動循環機油冷卻系統，使傳動箱中關鍵軸承冷卻和潤滑效果更好，使設備能長時間連續滿負荷生產。

Equipped with automatic circulating oil cooling system, which ensures the better effect of the cooling and lubrication of key bearings in the transmission box. So the equipment can be continuously operated at full load for a long time.

5、配置環模起吊裝置，提高環模更換效率；

Configure the pellet die lifting device to improve the efficiency of pellet die replacement;

6、O型圈、油封、軸承均選進口品牌，穩定耐用；
