二、光伏太陽能凈化水處理設備對水質的要求：
新興的光電材料生產、加工、清洗；LCD液晶顯示屏、PDP等離子顯示屏、高品質燈管顯像管、微電子工業、FPC/PCB線路板、電路板、大規模、超大規模集成電路需用大量的高純水、超純水清洗半成品、成品。集成電路的集成度越高，對水質的要求也越高，這也對超純水處理工藝及產品的簡易性、自動化程度、生產的連續性、可持續性等提出了更加嚴格的要求。

1、預處理系統→反滲透系統→中間水箱→粗混合床→精混合床→純水箱→純水泵→紫外線殺菌器→拋光混床→精密過濾器→用水對象 （≥18MΩ.CM）(傳統工藝)
2、預處理→反滲透→中間水箱→水泵→EDI裝置→純化水箱→純水泵→紫外線殺菌器→拋光混床→0.2或0.5μm精密過濾器→用水對象（≥18MΩ.CM）(工藝)
3、預處理→一級反滲透→加藥機（PH調節）→中間水箱→第二級反滲透（正電荷反滲膜）→純水箱→純水泵→EDI裝置→紫外線殺菌器→0.2或0.5μm精密過濾器→用水對象（≥17MΩ.CM）(工藝)
