一、用途usage

本設備適用于制藥、生物、食品、化工等行業，常用于中藥提取液、精細化工溶液等蒸發，這是一種開放式的蒸發器，也可作為配料罐使用，是最原始的一種設備。

    This equipment, an opening evaporator is applied to evaporate extracting liquid from Chinese traditional medicine, fine chemical liquid etc. and also can act as mixing tank. It’s a kind of the most primitive equipment.

二、特點Characteristics

1.采用夾套加熱方式，可獲得效高的成品濃液，設備可作90度翻轉方便出料與清洗。設備內外精密拋光，符合GMP要求。

2.設備主要由半球形罐、支架、翻轉裝置等組成。

3.可以選擇蒸汽加熱、電加熱、導熱油加熱等方式，還可加裝攪拌裝置。

• Clamping heating makes high concentration. It can turn over to 90 degree, which makes discharging and cleaning more convenient. It’s polished in both internal and external side in accordance with GMP requirements.

• It’s made up of hemispherical jar, shelf, turnover device etc.

• It can adopt steam heating, electric heating, heat-conducting oil heating, and can be installed mixer.
