一、工作原理及應用范圍介紹  Introduction of Working Principle and Scope of Application

需整粒的顆粒流入到整粒室，結團或不均勻的顆粒在高速旋轉整粒刀（轉子）作用下， 被撞擊、剪切，然后經篩網網孔排出均勻的顆粒，整粒后的顆粒與細粉經篩分機將合格的顆粒與不合格的細粉進行分離從而獲取所需粒子 。廣泛適用于在制藥、化工、食品工業廣泛應用。

    The granules to be pelletized will flow in the straightening chamber; the caking or uneven granules will be impacted and sheared by the high-speed rotating granulating knife (rotor), and the even granules will be discharged from the mesh of screen; the qualified pelletized granules and unqualified fine powders will be separated in thescreening machine, thus to obtain the required granules. It is widely applied in the pharmacy, chemical and food industries.

二、特點  Characteristics

1.整機封閉，全用優質不銹制造，符合藥品、食品生產規范要求。

2.篩網采用金屬絲網或不銹鋼板網，孔徑大小可變。通過調換不同孔徑大小來滿足不同粒子的需求。
