大型烘房的烘干工作原理與大風(fēng)量熱風(fēng)循環(huán)烘箱相同，主要是當(dāng)物料單批次要求烘干的量特別大時(shí)，應(yīng)采用大型烘房集中來(lái)解決。廣泛應(yīng)用于中藥材、農(nóng)副產(chǎn)品、食品、肉制品、林產(chǎn)品、糧食、水果、蔬菜等的大批量烘干脫水。

      The drying working principle of large drying room is identical to that of large air flow hot air circulation oven. When a large amount of materials shall be dried in single batch, large drying room shall be used for drying. It is widely used for drying and dehydration of traditional Chinese medicinal materials, agricultural products and sideline products, food, meat product, forest product, food, fruits, vegetables, etc.

1. 批次入爐烘干量大，可根據(jù)實(shí)情需要進(jìn)行專門設(shè)計(jì)配置，量小的為幾百公斤，量大的幾十噸均可。

2.   可設(shè)計(jì)成分段分批量進(jìn)行烘干，適應(yīng)性非常廣。

3.   整機(jī)可根據(jù)需要設(shè)計(jì)成防自燃、自動(dòng)噴淋、超溫報(bào)警、定時(shí)提示等自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)。
