一、工作原理及應(yīng)用范圍介紹 Introduction of Working Principle and Scope of Application
旋流氣流干燥機(jī)設(shè)有內(nèi)筒體與外筒體兩部分,內(nèi)筒為直筒,外筒為上大下小倒錐形,物料經(jīng)前段的直管式或脈沖式氣流初步干燥后,從旋流強(qiáng)化干燥器的上部切向進(jìn)入干燥室。物料跟隨高速旋轉(zhuǎn)熱風(fēng)向下部進(jìn)行旋轉(zhuǎn)運動,從而達(dá)到強(qiáng)化傳熱傳質(zhì)干燥之目的。到達(dá)底部后的粗料以及大部分物料存積于底部出料口部經(jīng)出料口排出;微粉隨尾氣由內(nèi)筒向上運動經(jīng)旋風(fēng)分離后收集下來。廣泛適用于醫(yī)藥、食品、化工、生物工程、冶金粉末、環(huán)保等分散性比較好的顆粒、粉末等濾餅物料的快速強(qiáng)化烘干。
The spiral pneumatic drier is composed of inner cylinder and outer cylinder. The inner cylinder is a straight cylinder and the outer one is a small inverted cone. After being preliminarily dried by front straight or pulse airflow, the material tangentially enters the drying chamber from the top of spiral intensification drier. The material rotates downwards following the high-speed rotating hot air, so as to achieve the purpose of intensification heat and mass transfer drying. After reaching the bottom, the coarse material and most of material deposit at the bottom discharge opening and are discharged through the discharge opening; micro powder moves with the tail air to the top from the inner cylinder and is collected after separated by whirlwind. The equipment is widely applicable to quick intensification drying of filter cake materials of granules and powder with great dispersity in pharmaceuticals, food, chemical engineering, bioengineering, metallurgical powder and environmental protection.
二、特點Characteristics
1.物料先經(jīng)強(qiáng)化分散后進(jìn)行干燥,成品均勻,不會產(chǎn)生塊狀、團(tuán)狀物料。
2.物料先經(jīng)氣流烘干后再經(jīng)旋流二次強(qiáng)化干燥,干燥效率高,屬組合式干燥,比傳統(tǒng)單一氣流干燥所占空間小,干燥效率高。
3.由于采用旋轉(zhuǎn)氣流結(jié)構(gòu)就延長了物料的干燥時間,產(chǎn)品的終含水可得到保障。
4.比傳統(tǒng)的組合式干燥裝置節(jié)省能源、節(jié)省工程造價、節(jié)省操作人員。
1.The material is dried after the enhancing dispersion. The finished products are uniform and there will be no clotty and lumpy material.
2.The material is dried by the airflow firstly and goes into secondary intensification drying by rotational flow. The drying efficiency is high. The equipment is a combined drying system and takes up less space than the conventional single pneumatic drying, with high drying efficiency.
3.The rotating pneumatic structure prolongs the drying time of material, so the products can maintain final water content.
4.Compared with the traditional combined drying devices, this equipment saves energy, project cost and operating personnel.
