主要技術特點

本機為雙收料軸之中心表面卷取、復卷；采用PLC控制系統，威綸10" 觸摸式熒屏， 四套日本安川伺服驅動器和安川伺服專用電機控制收放卷分切，收、放卷自動張力控制、到米自動減速停機、放卷到小卷徑自動減速停機、緊急停機時放卷不松料。雙收料軸分別由獨立伺服馬達帶自動張力控制,可同時收卷大小不同直徑；收料系統采用伺服系統控制,有高效率,高精度,低噪音等優點；主動力采用安川變頻器配合中國臺灣變頻馬達，由PLC系統控制；收卷可依卷徑和米數設定,到設定卷徑或米數時自動提前減速停機功能。兩條包膠主動軸是由獨立的動力傳動，配合收卷伺服馬達同步控制，當包膠中分軸外徑磨損時，只需上磨床磨掉磨損表面，直到包膠中分軸的包膠*磨損。也無需改變任何參數。分切采用圓刀及剃刀搭配，可針對不同厚度材料選擇不同刀具，分切寬度由鋁墊片任意調節，剃刀配合1mm間距的刀槽輥。該系統采用高可靠性電器元件、線路簡單便于維護、自動化程度高，操作簡便。上料方式（可選擇）1.收卷軸旋轉方式   2.有軸油壓自動方式   3. 無軸油壓自動頂錐夾緊方式

Performance and Features
