電腦控制眼鏡布、餐巾紙連續(xù)作業(yè)裁斷機(jī)

主要用于裁切布料、皮革、棉紡織品、硬紙和其他類似材料，周邊形狀分為直邊、花邊（鋸齒邊）兩種。

1.裁切幅面寬度分為：800mm、1000mm、1200mm、1400mm、1600mm、1800mm、80000mm等，可滿足不同客戶的生產(chǎn)要求。

2.四根立柱采用自動(dòng)供油潤滑，主軸設(shè)有自潤滑軸承，減少磨損，延長適用壽命。

3.采用液壓轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，使裁刀上下動(dòng)作，裁切力大，噪音小;采用步進(jìn)電機(jī)帶動(dòng)滾珠絲杠轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，送料尺寸準(zhǔn)確。

4.電氣控制部分以嵌入式計(jì)算機(jī)為核心，全中文液晶顯示人機(jī)顯界面，協(xié)調(diào)控制送料、下料及自動(dòng)停機(jī)，定位精度達(dá)0.5mm。

注：裁斷區(qū)域選用普通冷鋼焊接刀模。選用激光木樣刀模。特殊規(guī)格可定制。
