用途及特點

1、該機主要用于（生物）有機肥，復和肥和養殖業加工行業的顆粒加工；

2、該機加工的顆粒狀物料表面光潔，硬度適中，在加工過程中溫升低并能較好的保持原料內部各營養成分；本機集喂料機攪拌機和造粒機三和一于一體；在均勻喂料時同時也將物料進行二次攪拌，喂料機配有調速器，在生產中跟具物料干濕度調節進料量，是主機不至于卡死或做無用功。主機集環模和平模于一體，相當于2臺造粒機工作。

3、顆粒成分均勻，形狀整齊，顆粒粗細的孔徑可分為：Φ5、Φ6、Φ7、Φ8等。用戶訂貨時可根據生產需要選擇；

4、由于顆粒含水率低便于儲存，在水中能較長時間的保持原狀，大大提高物料的利用率。

5、造粒機模具，攪拌和輸送葉片均為耐腐不銹鋼調質；壓輥鑄造加錳并調質，達到防腐和耐磨。從而提高產量，減小設備的損耗。
