傳斯羅伊偶合器Transfluid CCKRG系列介紹
Transfluid KFBD系列恒定液力偶合器適用于由內燃機驅動的所有工業設備，功率可達500 kW。
通過流體傳遞動力，它們提高了整體性能，保護了驅動和從動機器。
恒充式液力偶合器的
1–重啟動時釋放發動機。
在重載啟動和突然運行負載增加時，可防止發動機拖滯。
液力偶合器在平穩地拾取負載時只是“打滑"。
2–提供平穩駕駛
取消了機械連接；動力和扭矩通過流體的質量和速度傳遞。
其結果是平穩、持續的能量流動，減去了機械驅動導致設備壽命縮短的沖擊和應變。
3–防止沖擊載荷的傳遞
液力偶合器通過平滑沖擊載荷和防止沖擊固體阻力來保護驅動和從動設備。
4–確保阻尼效果
來自發動機的扭轉振動被液力偶合器大大減弱，從而延長了整個變速器的壽命。
5–傳輸全輸入扭矩
Transfluid Circuit設計輸出扭矩始終等于輸入扭矩。
即使在失速時，發動機也能以其最大扭矩轉速轉動。
6–高徑向負載能力
KFBD液壓聯軸器系列還設計用于需要皮帶輪安裝的應用，特別是重型應用。
