閥門打開；當入口與出口達到啟動壓差時，通電后，電磁力先打開先導孔，
主閥活塞上腔壓力下降，從而利用壓差和電磁力拉動主活塞，閥口打開；
斷電時，靠彈簧復位關閉先導孔，
主活塞上腔增壓，推動主活塞向下移動，閥關閉。常開式與常閉式相反。
