無殼內置離心風機節能烘箱        新一代微溫差烘箱

一、        概述

目前，行業中所使用的烘箱一般是以軸流風機來強制烘箱內的空氣對流風機來強制烘箱內的空氣對流，烘箱內的空氣是從烘箱的一端流上另一端，形成一個單對流循環，因熱空氣通過物料后到達烘箱另一端時溫度明顯下降，使實際操作時烘箱內的溫差較大，直接影響產品質量的均勻性。

簽于上述存在的問題，我們研制了高效雙對流節能烘箱，這種烘箱結構更合理，內部空氣流動形式為雙對流形式，改變了傳統烘箱內部空氣的循環方式，降低了烘箱內溫差，提高了干燥對象的受熱均勻性，從而提高干燥效率和產品質量。

二、        設備特點：

1、  空氣在烘箱內形成*的雙對流循環形式，降低了烘箱內溫差。

一、Generation Information

At present，the oven we used adopts axial-flow blowerto force the cross-ventilation in the oven。The air in the oven is flow from one end to the other end，which forms a single convective circulation。Since the temperature droops down after flow to the other part，the temperature difference is very big。Therefore，it makes the quality poor or not evenly enough。

For overcoming the problems above，we develop the high-effective double cross venti8lation energy-saving oven。The air in the oven is double convective circulation，so it lowers the temperature differenceimproves the materials heating evenly。
