結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn) 
1 、 HSNH 系列三螺桿泵由特殊形狀螺旋型面構(gòu)成，是一種*的容積泵。工作時(shí)，主動螺桿在原動機(jī)的帶動下轉(zhuǎn)動，其運(yùn)動的密封腔室把液體由進(jìn)口吸入并沿軸向連續(xù)無脈動的輸送到出口。在整個(gè)輸送過程中，由于密封腔的體積沒有發(fā)生變化，對所輸送的介質(zhì)不壓縮，因此該泵運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)，噪音低、振動小，流量也穩(wěn)定； 
2 、主、從動螺桿采用軸向低壓平衡。主、從動螺桿在運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中處于受拉狀態(tài)，因而螺桿不易變形；從動螺桿由液壓力驅(qū)動旋轉(zhuǎn)，主、從動螺桿間無接觸，因此螺桿無磨損； 
3 、泵體為雙層結(jié)構(gòu)，夾層可以通加熱介質(zhì)對泵內(nèi)介質(zhì)進(jìn)行加熱保溫；

HSNH 三螺桿泵是黃山天曼泵業(yè)有限公司根據(jù)市場需求，并按國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB/T10886-2002<< 三螺桿泵 >> 的規(guī)定自行開發(fā)研制的三螺桿泵。用于潤滑性液體：如機(jī)械油、潤滑油、重油、渣油；低潤滑性液體：如輕柴油、重柴油、含蠟稀油；粘性液體：如各種合成橡膠液和人造膠液、乳化液。適用溫度 ≤150 ℃ 、壓力 ≤4.0Mpa 。 
HSNH 系列三螺桿泵在供熱設(shè)備中用做燃油泵、燃油供應(yīng)和輸送泵；在機(jī)械工業(yè)中用做液壓、潤滑和遙控馬達(dá)泵；在化學(xué)石油和食品工業(yè)中用做裝載、輸送和供液泵；在船舶上用做輸送、增壓、燃油噴射和潤滑油泵以及船用液壓裝置泵。

四  SN三螺桿泵

1，SNH三螺桿泵是按國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB10887-89設(shè)計(jì)、制造生產(chǎn)。SNH三螺桿泵是轉(zhuǎn)子式容積泵，它是利用螺桿嚙合原理，依靠旋轉(zhuǎn)的螺桿在泵套內(nèi)相互嚙合，把被輸送的介質(zhì)封閉在嚙合腔內(nèi)，沿螺桿軸向連續(xù)勻速地推至排出口，為系統(tǒng)提供穩(wěn)定的壓力。三螺桿泵適用于輸送各種無腐蝕性油類及類似油和潤滑性液體。輸送液體的粘度范圍一般為3.0～760mm2/S（1.2～100°E），高粘度介質(zhì)可通過加溫降粘后輸送。其溫度一般不超過350℃。

2.根據(jù)客戶所輸送的介質(zhì)和溫度可選用 U12.1內(nèi)置滾動軸承機(jī)械密封（適用于輸送潤滑油，液壓油，機(jī)油，透平油，汽輪機(jī)油等）和 E6.7外置滾動軸承機(jī)械密封（適用于輸送柴油，重油，燃料油，瀝青等），可用噴嘴潤滑，K2外置軸承，填料密封。
