一、工作原理及使用范圍

一、概述

二、三螺桿泵的結構特點

三螺桿泵是由經硬化處理的三根螺桿，裝在一個可更換的襯套內運轉。主桿采用液壓平衡。從桿的軸向力支撐在端蓋上，并由液壓力驅動旋轉。因而螺桿型面僅傳遞液壓扭矩，并不受力，也無磨損，對全部傳動零件而言，均由被輸送介質所潤滑。由特殊型線構成的螺旋型面的主螺桿轉動時，其動密封腔室將把液體由吸入口吸入并沿軸向連續、無脈動地輸送到排出口。 三螺桿泵具有多種結構。一般小流量泵，襯套和泵體合為一個。大流量泵，襯套為一個單獨的零件固定于泵體內，結構為臥式、法蘭式和立式，配備隨機安全閥，有保溫和不帶保溫兩種。全部采用機械密封，保證了泵無泄漏。

三螺桿泵具有零件少、易損件少，易損件更換方便等特點，且此類泵運轉平穩、噪音小、工作可靠、壽命長。
