雙螺桿泵選型步驟：

雙螺桿泵和三螺桿泵單螺桿泵的選型步驟有所不同，

1.雙螺桿泵和三螺桿泵zui大的區別就是雙螺桿泵能輸送各種具有流動性的液體和沒有流動性的固體，介質潤滑性的好壞對于雙螺桿泵來說顯得就不是那么的重要，對輸送有腐蝕性的介質我們將采用不銹鋼材質為客戶訂制適合您現場使用產品，國產的三螺桿泵和雙螺桿泵相比就顯得比較嬌貴，三螺桿泵一般適合輸送各種潤滑性良好無腐蝕性的介質，對于輸送重油，柴油，等潤滑性差的介質三螺桿泵就要采用外置機械密封，盡管外置機械密封是避免了因為磨損而造成機械密封漏油的情況發生，但是避免不了螺桿與螺桿摩擦，*輸送潤滑性差介質，會使螺桿磨損 ，就會造成泵的壓力上不去，流量損失等，對三螺桿泵的使用壽命造成嚴重威脅。

2.雙螺桿泵輸送的流量范圍廣，從1 m3/h到8600 m3/h，而三螺桿泵的流量1m3/h到600m3/h，所以在許多油田上用大流量原油輸送泵和船舶上用主機潤滑泵，貨油泵三螺桿泵很少被列入設計院選型范圍之內。

3.雙螺桿泵能承受的溫度范圍廣，從~20°C到500°C，而三螺桿泵承受的溫度范圍~10°C到200°C。

4.雙螺桿泵的應用行業廣：

雙吸雙螺桿泵、雙螺桿泵、高溫髙粘雙螺桿泵優點

1、雙螺桿泵具有流量大，自吸能力好，噪聲低，壽命長，配置形式多，適應性廣。

2、有很強的自吸性能，多相混輸時，含氣率不高于60％，雙螺桿泵適用于具有潤滑性無固體雜質的各種油品的輸送，雙螺桿泵適用于不含固體雜質的各種介質的輸送包含各種油品化學品及高分子物料的輸送。

3、外置軸承結構，采 用獨立潤滑，允許輸送各種非潤滑性介質。
