◎ 超聲波封尾機的工作原理是：機器將高頻電能通過換能器轉變成為機械能，該能量通過工具頭傳導到軟管工件上，以每秒兩萬次的超聲頻率及一定的振幅，使軟管工件的接合面產生劇烈摩擦后熔化、瞬間完成膠合過程，這個過程稱為超聲波軟管焊接。
