設備組成Equipment composition：
預熱器、加熱器、蒸發室、氣液分離器、輸送泵、熱泵機組、二次蒸汽冷凝器、溶劑冷卻 器、冷凝液儲罐、真空泵、清洗系統及連接管 閥件、控制系統。
