It is mainly used for the extraction of materials by using water and organic solvents in the pharmaceutical, food and chemical industries, and can realize a variety of process operations such as atmospheric pressure and pressurized extraction, warm soaking, percolation and heat reflux.
設備組成Equipment composition：
提取罐、捕沫器、冷凝器、冷卻器、油水分離器、雙聯過濾器、泵、投料系統(tǒng)和控制系統(tǒng)。

*罐內壁鏡面拋光，焊縫圓角過渡，不掛料，易清洗；

*油水分離器（產品）油水分離效果好，便于收油，可實現自動收集各類芳香油；

*出液管用硬管取代傳統(tǒng)的軟管連接，不泄漏，使用壽命長，安全可靠；

*底蓋帶有底加熱裝置，可以控制罐內各區(qū)溫度在1℃左右；

*籃式提取罐，將多種藥材置入多個吊籃，從罐頂部出渣，解決了傳統(tǒng)提取藥材堆積層厚，循環(huán)少，致使煎煮時間長、得率低的問題。其特殊結構以及的物料循環(huán)方式，更利于揮發(fā)油提取，有效的縮短了提取時間，提高了藥液的澄清度、有效成分得率。
