雙管板換熱器有兩種，直管式雙管板換熱器(ZZA型)和U型雙管板換熱器 (ZZB型)，管束端口采用全自動焊接，外殼體可根據客戶的要求帶保溫或不帶保 溫。直管式雙管板換熱器采用異徑快裝接口，有效避免了換熱器與管道連接處的 藥液滯留，實現了真正的全排空設計。U型雙管板換熱器采用U型換熱器，物料從 底殼點出液，避免液體滯留。

工作方式

管程物料通過電拋光處理的無縫鋼管束內進行流動，殼程介質在相反的方向通過 管外流動，換熱管束的末端采用雙管板連接，并且作為滲漏檢測點，避免管程物 料和殼程介質雙向交叉污染，確保了藥液的潔凈。
