Product Description: Aike Rui plate heat exchanger is composed of a group of corrugated metal plate, perforated plate, two kinds of liquid for heat transfer through. The sheet metal is mounted in a frame with a fixed plate and a movable compression plate on the side and is clamped by a clamping bolt. The plate is provided with a gasket to seal the liquid passages and to guide fluid flow alternately to the respective passages. Flow, poor physical properties, pressure drop and liquid temperature determines the number of plate size, characteristics and chemical properties, corrosive liquid determines the plate and the rubber pad material, design of corrugated plate structure of different injustice improve the extent of turbulence, and the formation of many points of support, to withstａnd the pressure difference between the medium.
