Paper-plate frame filter include three types of ZBJS/400, ZBJS/600 and ZBJZ/1000, among which ZBJS/400 and ZBJS/600 are the one of manual hydraulic press and ZBJZ/1000 is automatic hydraulic press.The above filters loaded paper-plate may filter the liquid primary filtered whose density has been reached to the demands of standards. According to paper-plate’s performance, the filter may achieve clear and germfree filtering and coordinate with use of the former filtering. 適用范圍及效果 Scope of applicatition and result
● 可對果蔬汁、濃縮果汁、茶飲料、果酒、葡萄酒、黃酒、果葡糖漿、高果糖漿、葡萄糖漿、植物提取物、制藥、添加劑、化工等進行精密過濾。
Can carry on the fine filtration of fruits and vegetables juice, concentration fruit juice tea drink, ratafia, grape wine, yellow wine, fruit grape syrup, high fruit syrup, grape syrup, plant extraction, drugs manufacture, additive, chemical and so on.
● 接在硅藻土過濾機后，其效果比精濾前有明顯提高，濁度可降低0.2EBC以上，保質期或延長二至三個月。

● 可去除冷凝水中的TAB菌（耐熱菌）。

過濾原理
被濾液在一定壓力作用下進入機內，分別流入各個過濾單元，在紙板的吸附
截留作用下去除其殘留物，經各個過濾單元濾出的清液匯集于一起，流出
