本二氧化碳回收裝置的自動化控制采用西門子的PLC控制，每個環節的程序、連鎖、安全保護等控制考慮得周全且可靠性好。進氣純度不達標自動排空，吸附塔。干燥塔再生閥門自動切換，再生溫度自動控制，冷卻水循環自動控制，儲罐超壓自動報警并排空，儲罐滿液位自動停機，并附有二氧化碳提純裝置選項，與氣態二氧化碳接觸部位均采用不銹鋼材質。發酵氣經收集往不銹鋼除沫器、水洗塔、初步除掉雜質，進入CO?儲氣囊，
再由無油潤滑壓縮機將壓力提高到2.0MPa,經吸附塔、干燥塔除去殘余雜質，得到純度達到99.9%露點低于-60度的純凈CO?氣體，送入CO?冷凝器，將其變成液態，溫度在-20度左右，液態CO?在高位差下流入隔熱的液態CO?儲罐中，根據需要液態CO?灌入鋼瓶或直接凈化輸出使用。
