DSH系列雙螺旋錐形混合機是一種新型、高效、高精度的混合設備，廣泛適用于制藥、化工、飼料等行業的各種粉粒體物料的混和。
由螺旋的公、自轉使物料在錐體內產生復合運動，主要產生四種運動形式:
1.螺旋沿壁公轉，使物料沿錐壁作圓周運動;.
2螺旋自轉使物料自錐底沿螺旋.上升;
3.螺旋的公、自轉復合運動使--部分物料被吸收到螺旋圓柱面內同時受螺旋自轉的離心力作用使螺旋圓柱面內的一部分物料向錐體徑向排放;
4.上升的物料受自身重力作用下降。四種運動在混合機內產生對流、剪切、擴散、從面達到快速均勻混合的目的。
The rotation and rotation of the spiral make the material produce compound motion in the cone, mainly producing four forms of motion:

2. The spiral rotation makes the material spiral up from the bottom of the cone;

4. The rising material falls under the action of its own gravity. The four movements produce convection, shearing, diffusion in the mixer and achieve the purpose of fast and uniform mixing from the surface.

◎出料閥有手動、氣動兩種方式。
◎特殊物料可加大電機功率(加重型)。
