導熱油爐是基于強制循環(huán)的設計思維而開發(fā)的直流式特種鍋爐。

封閉循環(huán)供熱，通過膨脹油槽與大氣相通，液體輸送熱能，熱損失少，節(jié)能，環(huán)保效果好。

本體采用煙氣三回程盤管設計，這種直流式結(jié)構(gòu)，決定了傳統(tǒng)鍋爐所不具有的安全性。

由于采用盤管設計，因此，受熱面充足，使其有較高的熱效率。

導熱油鍋爐，顯著的特點是逆流換熱，燃燒排煙溫度與熱導油出口溫差在30%左右。

導熱油鍋爐具有的性能結(jié)構(gòu)、簡潔的結(jié)構(gòu)，主要是在較低的壓力下運行，獲取450C左右的工作溫度，具有低壓高溫特點。

使用導熱油作為熱載體的油、氣的熱載體鍋爐，系統(tǒng)應配備膨脹槽，儲油罐、安全組件、測量儀表和控制裝置，循環(huán)油泵應一用一備并與燃燒機互為為連鎖。

為確保導熱油的正常使用壽命和導熱效果，嚴禁超溫使用。
