◆機床布局為工作臺移動式T型布局,工作臺左右運動(Z軸)及砂輪架橫向運動(X軸)皆采用伺服電機帶動滾珠絲杠驅動結構。
◆潤滑采用間歇潤滑泵進行集中潤滑,頭架為死結構,尾架工件手動頂緊、松開,頂緊力的調整可通過調整彈簧的壓緊量來實現,砂輪架為片瓦的動承結構,磨削剛性好,精度高。
◆工件磨削可實現數控編程自動磨削 ,滿足大部分中小零件的自動磨削加工的要求,可以很好的替代傳統手動式外圓磨床,降低機床對人員操作水平的要求,-名工人可以同時操作多臺機床,提高了工人的生產效率。
