一、概述:

銅線退火設備用于銅線(黃銅合金外護層)在線退火用串聯逆變中頻感應加熱設備,帶能量監控裝置,透入深度及硬度按客戶具體要求,以達到去除應力和軟化黃銅合金外護層的目的。

設備簡介:成套設備按機電一體化結構設計制造,其中串聯逆變中頻電源為6脈或者12脈波晶閘管KGPS200KW/8KHZ串聯逆變中頻電源(功率因數0.96以上)一套,負載為HR系列感應加熱爐一套,該設備設計有手動及自動調功旋鈕,其中自動為溫度閉環控制方式。外控操作臺選用計算機xp系統觸摸屏控制,在觸摸屏上可方便輸入加熱參數,如銅線規格、加熱速度、退火溫度等,參數輸入后中頻電源溫度閉環控制系統會自動調整輸出功率,從而滿足生產需求。當生產某個環節出現故障時,中頻電源可根據計算機設定的溫度進行保溫,避免將銅線過燒。設備按用戶要求擺放,面對設備從左向右操作,操作臺正向主設備放置,利于操作人員觀察生產情況及方便調整參數。

該設備具有完善的安全保護措施,主回路短路保護主回,路缺相保護,主回路過電流保護,低電壓高保護,電網電壓低保護,冷卻水溫高保護,冷卻水壓低保護,可控硅過電壓保護,可控硅過電流保護,并對故障有聲光報警裝置。設備按200KW配置,留有足夠的功率余量,保證設備24小時連續穩定生產。所有裸露導電體均安裝于帶鎖電控箱內,并有醒目安全提示標志,不會發生電氣安全事故。各連鎖裝置可避免因人工誤操作對設備或銅線造成損壞。

設備結構成套設備占地面積約為2000*1600mm*1000mm,中心高1500mm。電源與加熱爐體一體化設計,采用膨脹螺栓固定方式。設備設計有外操作臺,可根據現場情況隨意布置,方便操作。設備安裝簡單快捷,用戶只需將進出水口管道與設備進出水管口對接(進出水各一個管口),將三相四線接入設備斷路器上端即可。
