ACQUITY UPLC CSH C18柱克服了大多數(shù)現(xiàn)代C18柱在低離子強(qiáng)度流動(dòng)相條件下(如0.1%甲酸體系)因載量所導(dǎo)致的峰形差問題。因帶有嚴(yán)格控制下的、低水平的正表面電荷,ACQUITY UPLC CSH C18柱為堿性化合物提供行業(yè)的峰形,而無需使用離子對(duì)試劑。
目的建立超高效液相-紫外光電二極管陣列檢測(cè)-串聯(lián)四級(jí)桿-飛行時(shí)間質(zhì)譜(UPLC-DAD/Q-TOF-MS)法分析化學(xué)成分。方法分析采用Waters ACQUITY UPLC CSH C18色譜柱(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.7μm);柱溫20℃;流動(dòng)相0.1%甲酸-0.1%甲酸乙腈,梯度洗脫;體積流量0.2 m L/min;檢測(cè)波長(zhǎng)222 nm;飛行時(shí)間質(zhì)譜,正離子掃描模式。通過對(duì)照品比對(duì),以及質(zhì)譜、光譜數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果從中鑒定出19種成分,其中11種屬于黃連,8種屬于吳茱萸。結(jié)論該方法快速高效,可用于的質(zhì)量控制。
