本機是通過設置旋轉離心盤、鼓風機、氣動噴槍，將濕顆粒制成球丸。將前道工序做成的混顆粒投入旋轉離心盤內，啟動鼓風根后再將旋轉離心盤啟動，使濕顆粒受到環空氣浮力、旋轉離心力、自身重力作用，呈環周繩股狀運動，從而形成真球度*的球丸。
QZ Ball Granulator is equipped with a rotary centrifugation disc, a fan, a pneumatic injection gun to make wet grains into balls. Wet grains produced in the last process are put in the rotary centrifugal disc, and then the rotary centrifugation disc is started by the fan to allow the wet grains to move circularly in strands under the air buoyancy, rotary centrifugation torce ａnd self-gravity, so as to produce balls with high sphericity。
