BC技術(shù)利用*和卵白素具有*親和性的生物學(xué)特征，將卵白素和*化辣根酶按照一定的比例混合，形成ABC復(fù)合物。該法亦被稱作三步法，*步為biotin化二抗和一抗結(jié)合，第二步為avidin（親和素，A液）和二抗上的biotin結(jié)合，第三步為HRP偶聯(lián)的biotin（B液）和avidin結(jié)合，而HRP再催化底物顯色完成染色。
