UN Series Flash Butt Welding Machine
UN系列閃光對焊機
閃光對焊的主要焊接工藝及原理：
1.焊接電極加緊工件，在工件尚未*接觸時，開始閃光。
2.接下來，焊接電極夾緊的工件緩慢接近，隨著電流密度的增加，工件間接觸處開始熔化，同時有部分金屬熔液溢出，形成初始的對焊節點。
3.焊接區域變得越來越熱，對焊的速度也隨著加速。
4.閃光和飛濺使兩個接觸面*焊接在一起。
5.zui后再利用高壓進行頂鍛，切斷電流，焊接完成。
The Main Principle of Flash Butt Welding:
1.The flash butt process starts when the two workpieces to be welded which are clamped by welding jams still not meet each other.
2.During the subsequence,move the welding jaws together slowly,the welding current density will increase,then the metal material in the gap between the jaws becomes molten,at the same time a shower of sparks also being emitted.
3.As the cross-sectional area in the welding becomes extremely hot,the motion is accelerated.
4.The flashing also makes the surfaces to welded together totally.
5.Finally the upset occurs at high pressure,the welding current is cut off.

1.各種餐具，廚房和餐具的焊接;
2.自行車，摩托車，汽車車圈，及其他金屬環的對焊;
3.各種金屬絲，金屬帶，鐵棒，建筑用鋼筋對焊；
4.各種圓管，方管的“L”形與“T”形焊接；
5.窗框與門框的對角焊接。
