高光蒸汽輔助成型控制機技術是采用高溫蒸汽，當注塑機合模后注入高溫蒸汽，首先把模具溫度提高到一個設定溫度值，然后開始給模腔注射塑膠，在注塑機完成保壓后迅速注入冷卻水或冷凍水，使之模具在短時間內降到一個設定的溫度值后開模，再向模具吹入空氣把殘余的冷水吹走，完成一個周期的注塑過程，通過這種迅速冷熱方式控制塑料的成型可以完*塑料件的外觀缺陷，大大提高生產效率。
