絕緣擊穿、耐電壓測試儀BDJC-150KV
一、絕緣擊穿、耐電壓測試儀應用范圍:
150KV主要適用于固體絕緣材料工頻電壓擊穿的測試如電線套管、樹脂和膠、浸漬纖維制品、云母及其制品、塑料、薄膜復合制品、陶瓷和玻璃等介質在工頻電壓或直流電壓下擊穿強度和耐電壓時間的測試;擊穿電壓、介電強度測試儀器采用計算機控制,可對介電強度試驗過程中的各種數據進行快速、準確的采集、處理,并可存取、顯示、打印。

四、性能特點:
1、高壓變壓器主要產生試樣所需的直流電壓;
2、調壓器用于調節升壓變壓器輸入端電壓以產生高壓所需的輸入電壓;
3、電壓測量主要是從高壓變壓器測量端測量,高壓變壓器測量端和高壓端是線性的;
4、放電系統在試驗做完以后放電,以免產生放電對人身的危害;
五、計算機系統及軟件包:
1、試驗軟件是我公司研發的功能強大、操作簡單、顯示直觀的試驗軟件系統。
2、采用計算機控制通過人機對話方式,完成對絕緣介質工頻電壓擊穿,工頻耐壓試驗。
3、試驗過程中可動態繪制出試驗曲線,試驗的曲線可以多種顏色疊加對比,局部放大,曲線上任意一段可進行區域放大分析;
4、可對試驗數據進行編輯修改,靈活適用;
5、試驗條件及測試結果等數據可自動存儲;
6、試驗報告格式靈活可變,適用于不同用戶的不同需求;
7、可對一組試驗中曲線數據的有效與否進行人為選定;

六、安全說明:
1、介電強度儀器設備要安裝單獨的保護地線。接保護地線,主要是減少試樣擊穿時對周圍產生的較強的電磁干擾。也可避免控制計算機失控。
2、該介電強度儀器設備的電路設有多項保護措施,主要有:過流保護、失壓保護、漏電保護、短路保護、直流試驗放電報警等。
3、安全保護:
(1)門限位保護:不關門,即使通電點實驗開始,設備無任何反應,軟件有:安全門未關閉提示。
(2)電壓歸零保護:如果在實驗過程中,突然斷電,下次開機后,會自動回到零位,保證初始電壓為在零位
(3)終止電壓保護:可以通過軟件設定終止電壓,保證在升壓過程中如果出現異常升到的電壓后,自動終止并歸零
(4)高壓機械限位:如果軟件系統失去控制,電壓繼續往上升,到高壓限位后自動歸零如果在擊穿后未判停,通過過流保護器采集數據保證電壓自動歸零有高壓指示燈,通過觀察指示燈的狀態來判斷實在升壓還是在零位如果長時間做實驗,為保證設備的良好運行,設備留有變壓器排氣口,保證變壓器的良好運行,增長使用壽命如果在實驗中,試樣有異味或者出現燃燒和冒煙現象,可以通過排風系統進行排除。
