變壓吸附（Pressure Swing Adsorption）簡稱PSA氣體分離技術，在氣體分離領域已有數十年的應用歷史，在中國乃至各地各領域得到了廣泛的應用.
工作原理
在一定壓力下的經過凈化處理干燥的壓縮空氣，在變壓吸附作用下，工業制氮機由于動力學效應，氧、氮在碳分子篩表面上的擴散速率不同，氧在碳分子篩表面上的擴散速率遠高于氮，在吸附未達到平衡時，氧被碳分子篩大量吸附，氮在氣相中得到濃縮富集，從而實現氧氮分離，由于碳分子篩對氧的吸附容量隨壓力的不同而有明顯差異，降低壓力，即可解吸碳分子篩吸附的氧分子，使碳分子篩再生，得以重復循環使用。工業制氮機系統設置兩個吸附塔，一塔脫附再生，利用進口PLC控制循環交替兩塔，以實現連續產出高品質氮氣。
