工作原理

在一定壓力下的經(jīng)過凈化處理干燥的壓縮空氣，在變壓吸附作用下，由于動力學效應(yīng)，氧、氮在碳分子篩表面上的擴散速率不同。氧在碳分子篩表面上的擴散速率遠高于氮，在吸附未達到平衡時，氧被碳分子篩大量吸附，氮在氣相中得到濃縮富集，從而實現(xiàn)氧氮分離，由于碳分子篩對氧的吸附容量隨壓力的不同而有明顯差異，降低壓力，即可解吸碳分子篩吸附的氧分子，使碳分子篩再生，得以重復(fù)循環(huán)使用。系統(tǒng)設(shè)置兩個吸附塔，一塔脫附再生，利用進口PLC控制循環(huán)交替兩塔，以實現(xiàn)連續(xù)產(chǎn)出高品質(zhì)氮氣。
