概況SUMMARY
熱風(fēng)循環(huán)烘箱是干燥工程師范炳喜在1978年設(shè)計(jì)的國內(nèi)*產(chǎn)品,產(chǎn)品名稱為CT系列熱風(fēng)循環(huán)烘箱,平均熱效率達(dá)30%左右。后經(jīng)不斷改進(jìn)提高,于1986年第三次改進(jìn)設(shè)計(jì)時(shí),大膽地設(shè)計(jì)了國內(nèi)外從未有過的低噪音耐高溫軸流風(fēng)機(jī),配用了自動控溫系統(tǒng),整個循環(huán)系統(tǒng)全封閉,從而使我國的熱風(fēng)循環(huán)烘箱達(dá)到了國內(nèi)外*水平。烘箱的平均熱效率從傳統(tǒng)的烘房3-7%提高到目前的35-40%左右,zui高熱效率可達(dá)70%。CT-C型熱風(fēng)循環(huán)烘箱的設(shè)計(jì)成功,為國家節(jié)約了大量能源,提高了企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,為我國干燥設(shè)備的進(jìn)步和發(fā)展,做出了一定的貢獻(xiàn)。該烘箱1986年獲科技進(jìn)步獎,1990年由國家醫(yī)藥管理局發(fā)布了行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),統(tǒng)一型號為RXH。

1、加熱熱源有蒸汽、電、遠(yuǎn)紅外、電蒸汽兩用,供用戶選擇
2、使用溫度:蒸汽加熱50-140℃,zui高150℃。
3、用電,遠(yuǎn)紅外溫度50-350℃。
4、備有自控系統(tǒng)和計(jì)算機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)供用戶選擇。
5、常用蒸汽壓力0.02-0.8Mpa(0.2-8kg/cm2)
6、配用電加熱,按1型計(jì)算15kw,實(shí)用5-8kw/h。
7、特殊要求在定貨時(shí)說明。
8、 非標(biāo)烘箱價(jià)格面議。
9、 使用溫度大于140℃或小于60℃,要在訂貨時(shí)注明。
10、烘車、烘盤尺寸統(tǒng)一,可以互換。
11、烘盤尺寸:460×640×45(mm)。
