泰安杰普石膏科技有限公司,泰山石膏科技研究院,華能股份,武漢華電實業(yè)公司聯(lián)合攻關項目--高強-α半水石膏中試項目經過近一年的開發(fā)研究,于2011年11月底調試完成,利用該工藝和裝備生產的脫硫-α石膏,其抗折強度,抗壓強度等各項指標符合2008年報批的α型高強石膏行業(yè)標準的高 級α50級別高要求。
該工藝具有如下特點:
1. 直接利用濕基脫硫石膏連續(xù)配料, 混合加熱,結晶,離心脫水,干燥連續(xù)生產,配置簡潔,工藝流暢,潔凈化生產
2. 直接利用0.2-0.5兆帕的蒸汽,混合罐加熱,反應罐加熱,熱水制備等環(huán)節(jié),可以梯度利用蒸汽,節(jié)能高效
3. 設備及控制運行可靠

High-strength-αhemihydrate gypsum is the brainstorm project of Tai’an Jiepu Gypsum Technology Co., Ltd, Tai Shan Gypsum Technology Research Institute, Hua Neng International, and WuHan Hua Dian Company. After one year’s research and development, the high-strength-αhemihydrate gypsum pilot project has been finished in November, 2011. The breaking strength and compressive strength of desulfurization- αgypsum produced by this production line fit for the highest standard 50-grade of the industrial standard of theαhigh-strength gypsum submitted in 2008.
The characteristics of the above technology:
1. It can achieve continuous dosing with the wet basis desulfurization gypsum directly. The contiluous production can be achieved by the dual firing, crystallization, centrilfugal dewatering and drying with simple configuration, fluent technology and clear production.
2. The 0.2-0.5Mpa steam can achieve gradient usage with the following procedure which includes mixing tank heatin, reaction tank heating, preparation of the hot water and so on.
