主要用途/ MAIN PURPOSE

錘式破碎機(jī)用于破碎各種中硬且磨蝕性弱的物料。其物料的抗壓強(qiáng)度不超過100Mpa，含水率小于15%。可用于煤、鹽、白堊、石膏、磚瓦、石灰石等物料的粉碎，還用于破碎纖維結(jié)構(gòu)、彈性和韌性較強(qiáng)的碎木頭、紙張等物料及回收石棉水泥制品的破碎。此外，錘式破碎機(jī)也可在選礦生產(chǎn)線中替代圓錐式破碎機(jī)。

The Hammer Crusher is used to crush various materials with medium hard and weak abrasiveness. The compressive strength of materials is lower than 100Mpa, and the moisture content is lower than 15%. It can be used for crushing materials such as coal, salt, chalk, gypsum, brick and tile, limestone, etc. It can also be used for crushing materials such as broken wood and paper with strong fiber structure, elasticity and toughness, and recycled asbestos cement products. In addition, the Hammer Crusher can also replace the cone-type crusher in the production line of mineral processing.

工作原理/ OPERATING PRINCIPLE

錘式破碎機(jī)的主要工作部件為帶錘子（又稱錘頭）的轉(zhuǎn)子。轉(zhuǎn)子由主軸、圓盤、銷軸和錘子組成。電動機(jī)帶動轉(zhuǎn)子在破碎腔內(nèi)高速旋轉(zhuǎn)。物料自上部給料口給入機(jī)內(nèi)，受高速運(yùn)動的錘子的打擊、沖擊、剪切、研磨而粉碎。在轉(zhuǎn)子下部，設(shè)有篩板，粉碎物料中小于篩孔尺寸的物料通過篩板排出，大小篩孔尺寸的粗粒級物料阻留在篩板上收到錘子的打擊和研磨，***后通過篩板排出機(jī)外。

The main working part in the Hammer Crusher is the rotor leading hammer (also known as hammer head). The rotor consists of spindle, disk, pin shaft and hammer. The motor drives the rotor to rotate at a high speed in the crushing cavity. The material is fed into the machine from the upper feeding port and crushed by the striking, impacting, shearing and grinding of the moving hammer at a high speed. At the lower part of the rotor, there is a sieve plate. The materials smaller than the size of the sieve hole in the material to be crushed are discharged through the sieve plate. And the coarse materials larger than the sieve hole size are blocked on the sieve plate, which are struck and ground by the hammer and discharged from the machine through the sieve plate.
