◆樣品經(jīng)過水化形成脂質(zhì)體后，一般會通過高壓均質(zhì)或者超聲的方式對樣品進(jìn)行初步均質(zhì)處理，處理后樣品粒徑和分布都會有所提高，但往往還不能達(dá)到所需要的理想要求。此時，將均質(zhì)后樣品由下圖中進(jìn)料口進(jìn)入，通過高壓氮?dú)鈱悠窂臑V膜中擠出，擠出后的樣品粒徑和分布都會進(jìn)一步提高。

支撐板

Support plate

◆支撐板和濾板主要起到支撐濾膜的作用。由于磷脂有一定的相變溫度，所以在擠出之前需要對擠出器夾套通入恒溫水進(jìn)行預(yù)熱至一定溫度（如70℃），且在使用過程中需保持在此溫度。通常的脂質(zhì)體品種擠出之后粒徑能達(dá)到 100nm以下，PDI 能控制在 0.1 以下。
