◆樣品經(jīng)過水化形成脂質(zhì)體后,一般會(huì)通過高壓均質(zhì)或者超聲的方式對樣品進(jìn)行初步均質(zhì)處理,處理后樣品粒徑和分布都會(huì)有所提高,但往往還不能達(dá)到所需要的理想要求。此時(shí),將均質(zhì)后樣品由下圖中進(jìn)料口進(jìn)入,通過高壓氮?dú)鈱悠窂臑V膜中擠出,擠出后的樣品粒徑和分布都會(huì)進(jìn)一步提高。

◆支撐板和濾板主要起到支撐濾膜的作用。 由于磷脂有一定的相變溫度,所以在擠出之前需要對擠出器夾套通入恒溫水進(jìn)行預(yù)熱至一定溫度(如70℃),且在使用過程中需保持在此溫度。通常的脂質(zhì)體品種擠出之后粒徑能達(dá)到 100nm以下,PDI 能控制在 0.1 以下。
