Spray drying is the most widely used process in liquid process forming and drying industry. It is most suitable for producing powdery and granular solid products from solutions, emulsions, suspensions and pumpable pasty liquid raw materials. Therefore, spray drying is an ideal process when the particle size distribution, residual moisture content, bulk density and particle shape of the finished product must conform to accurate standards.
空氣經過過濾和加熱，進入干燥器頂部空氣分配器，熱空氣呈螺旋狀均勻地進入干燥室。料液經塔體頂部的高速離心霧化器，(旋轉)噴霧成極細微的霧狀液珠，與熱空氣并流接觸，在極短的時間內可干燥為成品。成品連續地由于燥塔底部和旋風分離器中輸出，廢氣由風機排空。
After filtration and heating, the air enters the air distributor at the top of the dryer, and the hot air enters the drying chamber spirally and evenly. The feed liquid passes through a high-speed centrifugal atomizer at the top of the tower body and is (rotationally) sprayed into extremely fine atomized liquid beads, which are in parallel flow contact with hot air and can be dried into a finished product in a very short time. The finished product is continuously output from the bottom of the drying tower and the cyclone separator, and the waste gas is evacuated by the fan.
干燥速度快，料液經霧化后，表面積大大增加,在熱風氣流中，瞬間就可蒸發95%-98%的水份，完成干燥時間僅需數秒鐘，特別適用于熱敏性物料的干燥。
產品具有良好的均勻度、流動性和溶解性、產品純度高、質量好。
生產過程簡化，操作控制方便。對于濕含量40-60%(特殊物料可達90%)的液體能一次千燥成粉粒產品，干燥后不需粉碎和篩選，減少生產工序，提高產品純度。對產品粒徑、松密度、水份，在一定
范圍內可通過改變操作條件進行調整，控制和管理都很方便。
The drying speed is fast. The surface area of the feed liquid is greatly increased after atomization. In hot air flow, 95%-98% of water can beevaporated in an instant. The drying time is only a few seconds. It is especially suitable for drying heat sensitive materials.
The product has good uniformity, fluidity and solubility, high purity and good quality.
The production process is simplified and the operation and control are convenient. For liquids with a moisture content of 40-60% (special materials can reach 90%), they can be dried into powder products at one time without crushing and screening after drying, thus reducing production procedures and improving product purity. The particle size, bulk density and water content of the product can be adjusted by changing the operating conditions within a certain range, and the control and management are very convenient.
