杭州海善制藥設備有限公司根據飲片企業全新生產線的技術要求；經過與飲片生產方技術人員的充分溝通，結合我公司的研發、生產、制造實際情況。設計了整套的符合中藥提取的中藥材前處理加工生產線。以滿足飲片企業對生產流水線的工藝具體要求，此生產線的設計代表了國內飲片企業zui高水平。
根據中藥飲片的加工炮制特性，把所有加工炮制設備都用流水線方式實現顯然不現實，也未必科學。但可以把一部分設備用輸送機連成流水線。也有些可以減壓輸送環節，以降低勞動強度，提高生產效率，降低生產成本，優化產品生產工藝流程。
塊狀類聯動線生產工藝流程說明：
自動上料拆包平臺（上方除塵點）→皮帶輸送機→滾筒篩選機→人工挑選輸送機→鼓泡高壓噴淋清洗機→振動篩選機→潤藥機→網帶輸送機→切藥分流輸送機→智能化精切機→振動篩選機→勻料機→帶式干燥機→皮帶輸送機→柔性支承斜面篩選機→包裝

According to the processing characteristics of Chinese herbal pieces, it is obviously unrealistic and not scientific to implement all processing equipment by means of pipeline. But a part of the equipment can be connected to the assembly line by conveyor. There are also some ways to reduce pressure and reduce labor intensity, increase production efficiency, reduce production costs, and optimize production process.
