結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定性能可靠

軸承座采用整體式鑄鋼結(jié)構(gòu)，避免兩片式軸承室給機(jī)架帶來(lái)的不必要負(fù)擔(dān)，提高整機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)的穩(wěn)定性。此外重型偏心軸采用鍛坯進(jìn)行加工，使PEW 系列鄂式破碎機(jī)具有超凡的可靠性。

V 型結(jié)構(gòu)齒形護(hù)板

" V “型破碎腔和齒形護(hù)板設(shè)計(jì)更加合理，保證實(shí)際入料尺寸和理論入料尺寸的一致性，有效增大破碎面積，物料在破碎腔內(nèi)不會(huì)發(fā)生堵料，是得破碎率和產(chǎn)量大大高，提高鄂板的利用率。

液壓控制清腔方便

配備液壓油站，保證機(jī)器潤(rùn)滑系統(tǒng)為機(jī)器需潤(rùn)滑部件供油，為機(jī)器安全作業(yè)提供保障。同時(shí)，如果破碎機(jī)在負(fù)荷狀態(tài)下停機(jī)，液壓清腔系統(tǒng)可迅速清理破碎腔，大大減少了停機(jī)時(shí)間。

楔塊裝置調(diào)節(jié)快捷

采用楔塊排料口調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)，是機(jī)器即使在空轉(zhuǎn)情況下也可以再幾分鐘之內(nèi)把排料口挑到預(yù)定值，在液壓系統(tǒng)配合下，實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)化，比老式的墊片式排料口調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)更簡(jiǎn)單、安全、快捷。

二、工作原理

電動(dòng)機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)皮帶和皮帶輪，通過(guò)偏心軸使動(dòng)鄂前后上下擺動(dòng)，當(dāng)動(dòng)鄂推動(dòng)動(dòng)鄂板向定鄂板運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)，物料被壓碎或劈碎。當(dāng)動(dòng)鄂和動(dòng)鄂板在偏心軸、彈簧的作用下后退時(shí)，先前已被壓碎或劈碎的物料從鄂板的下部排料口排出。隨著電動(dòng)機(jī)連續(xù)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)而破碎機(jī)動(dòng)鄂作周期性地壓碎和排泄物料，實(shí)現(xiàn)批量生產(chǎn)。
